Phone pics...

A couple weeks ago, Lars and I finally upgraded our phones and now I've been taking most of the pictures of the boys with my phone. I don't think I like that though, so I need to be better about still using my nice camera.
In the meantime I figured out how to transfer them to the computer, so here are a bunch of phone pictures...
I took the boys to Wyoming a couple weekends ago while Lars was gone on a fishing trip.
I picked them up from school on Friday and we headed out. I was surprised when Gunnar fell asleep halfway there, he hasn't done that in a long time!
We had fun hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa Harry...They took us to Pizza Hut that night...
Then when we got up on Saturday I went for a run while they played, then Grandma made waffles. The boys always tell me that her waffles are the best :)
My phone actually takes really good pictures if there is good light!
Playing the wii...
Rainbow faces...
Saturday night we all went to church...it was so nice and peaceful at the small church in Evanston and the boys did so well. Then Grandma took us to Subway and got all of our sandwiches for free with lots of points she had built up!
That night the boys had lots of fun drawing minions :)
Gunnar and I slept in the bed in my old room, I love when he gets to sleep with me and waking up to this cute little face...
It was Grandma's Sunday to do coffee and donuts at the church, so we went to that...it's more like a big brunch. The boys ate SO much! Grandma always brings her yummy brownies as well as 4 loaves of her cinnamon bread :)
Then we just left from there and stopped off at Beaver Mtn. to pick up the boys season ski rentals...
They loved seeing what it looked like up there with no snow...
Then when we got to the really windy part of the canyon, Gunnar started to say he didn't feel good, then said he felt like he was going to throw up, so I hurried and found a place to pull off and got him out just in time for him to throw up. Poor guy :(
But then he felt fine...he was hot, so he rode the rest of the way with no shirt...haha
Let's see...what else?
Oh my hair is FINALLY this long!
And I love this picture...they really should have been in bed already, but they were getting along and having so much fun :) I can't believe Ashton is strong enough to do this now. He has grown so much this past year!
The morning we woke up to our first snow of the season...so excited!
The next day there was still just a skiff, but it stayed really cold all day and they played in it ALL day starting at 7:30 am!
That was Saturday and there was still a little snow by Monday and they had school off, so they played out in it again for a long time until they came in to have hot chocolate and play Headbanz with Jace and Owen and I made them waffles for lunch...
Lars ended up being off work that day too, so he took a bunch of them sledding in the afternoon...I love this picture!
Then we took them to see Big Hero 6 at the theater that afternoon, such a good show! I love kid movies :)
Then last Wednesday my friend Tallie had her last chemo treatment!! So some of us decorated her garage door and a bunch of us went over to her house that night and surprised her with treats and balloons. Definitely a day worth celebrating. I'm so glad there is starting to be a light at the end of the tunnel for her...

One more picture and I'm caught up.
I had tucked Ashton into bed the other night, then went downstairs and was on the computer for a little bit and when I went back up and went to get in bed, I found this on my nightstand...
And of course started crying.
It is pretty rare that I get anything like this from Ashton, so it really meant a lot to me that he made me that bracelet and took the time to write that cute note.
Sure love him :)

I'm so glad you got to come see us one more time this year! :) And it was nice having you at church with us that night also.
Time is passing way too fast! I was remembering how all of you kids grew up sitting up in the very front in our same little church with me when you were little.
