Party prep...

I couldn't believe I actually found this!

Gunnar and I were heading to town yesterday to run a few errands and he said  excitedly "Hey Mom...what if we had a pinata for my party?! So I said "Oh yeah...that would be fun hu?!" And added that onto my mental to do list.

Of course I figured I would probably have to buy some sort of round or square pinata and re-decorate it to fit our theme. So I was SO excited to actually find this guy!

How often does that happen that you find exactly what you were looking for? Or what you would have been looking for you if you thought there was any chance someone would actually have it?

Thanks little monster...you just saved me a LOT of time!

Anyway.....

This was also part of our party prep... 

I just can't send out invitations without a picture...but as you can see, it was not Gunnar's favorite part of the day.

Can't blame him, it was only about 25 degrees this morning and he was freezing! So we lasted a whole 5 minutes and got about 10 pictures...believe it or not even a few smiling ones :)

And i just love that cute pouty face! It is SO him...
