My cute friend that I did the Nemo cake for last year asked me to do something Elmo themed this year for her little boy's 2nd birthday last weekend, so this is what I made...
Time consuming, but fairly easy to decorate. Especially after having done the cookie monster version of the cupcakes a couple years ago :)
