Yesterday Ashton graduated from his second year of preschool. I can't believe another year has already come and gone and after this summer he'll be in elementary school! I am so proud of how far he has come and how much he has learned this past year, but I really don't want it to be time for kindergarten already.
Can't I just keep him this age and this size forever???
Our last car ride up to Melody Lane. They laughed the whole way at some song on the radio...

Anyway his little graduation ceremony was really cute. They showed us all of their sign language letters again, then sang a couple of little songs, then got their diplomas.
Lars took off work to come to it and Grandma and aunt Kelli came down for the day and he was excited to have us all there for it.

So that alone would have been enough, but they also brought me breakfast in bed and these cute cards. 
(and he will love that I posted a picture of it!)
Every time I open it I hear Ashton's cute little voice saying-
I was a little (okay a lot) sad because they were all out of fish tacos!!! But I sucked it up and got a salad instead. Anyway, then we went home and put Gunnar down for a nap and I took off and went shopping by myself all afternoon while Lars put up the new tent on the lawn for the boys to play in. When I finally got home Lars made chicken parmigian for dinner.
Ashton loved looking at the x-rays and the inside of the body and looking at the little slides through the microscope.
Gunnar liked feeding the baby :)
Camping...
Almost every room had dress up, so we had to take part in that...
